Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a global online broker in the search for a Business Development Manager for the Japanese market.

This is a high-priority role for a proven performer with an existing network or portfolio in Japan. Ideally based in Japan.

Critical Requirements

• Fluent/native Japanese and English (C1)
• Proven Business Development, Partnerships or Sales experience in Forex or CFD
• Strong understanding of FX platforms such as MT4 and MT5
• Strong written and verbal communication

Important Requirements

• Existing portfolio ideally around $100K monthly net deposits

Nice to Have

• Existing network of IBs, affiliates or trading communities in Japan

Location: Japan

Languages required: Japanese (native or fluent) and English (C1)

Working arrangement: Remote

Employment: Full-time

Salary: Base plus bonus, depending on experience
