Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Bulgaria in the search for a Polish-speaking Technical Support Advisor for a leading international healthcare company.

The role involves troubleshooting medical devices, supporting customers with product functionality and coordinating repair or replacement processes.

Critical Requirements

• Polish C2 and English C1
• High School Diploma
• Customer service skills
• Technical support and troubleshooting skills
• EU citizenship for relocation candidates

• Performance bonus of up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months (KPI-based)

Working arrangement: Remote

Employment: Full-time, indefinite; rotational shifts Monday–Sunday 09:00–00:00; 6-month probation; 6-week training (start: 19 October 2026)

Salary: €1,329 per month (gross)
