Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a fast-growing merchant and brand network platform in the search for two Brand Partnerships Managers to launch and expand its merchant and brand network across Greece.

The role focuses on identifying and closing partnerships, building relationships with senior decision-makers and leveraging an established local network. The ideal profile comes from marketplace or platform businesses such as efood, Wolt, Skroutz or similar, with a track record acquiring and managing merchant or brand partnerships.

Critical Requirements

• Strong business development, merchant acquisition or brand partnerships experience
• Established network within Greek hospitality, retail, fashion or consumer sectors
• Proven hunter mentality and ability to generate new business
• Experience managing negotiations and closing commercial partnerships
• Fluent Greek and strong English

Important Requirements

• Background in marketplace or platform businesses
• Ability to open doors quickly with senior decision-makers
