Global Head of Product Marketing

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a global iGaming business in the search for an experienced Global Head of Product Marketing.

This is a senior opportunity to own positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across Slots, Live Casino and Sportsbook, working closely with Product, Commercial and Brand teams. The successful candidate will lead an international product marketing team and drive product launches and growth across global markets.

Critical Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including at least 5 years in senior or global leadership roles within the iGaming industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies across Slots, Live Casino, and Sportsbook
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Experience launching and scaling products across multiple international markets
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing distributed, multicultural teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Product Management (MBA preferred).

Location: Remote – Romania, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Malta, Serbia or Latvia (FTE); Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Cyprus or Greece (SLA)

Working arrangement: Fully remote

Employment: Full-time (employed contract for the FTE countries; Services Agreement for the SLA countries)

Salary: €55,000–€80,000 per year (gross)
