Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Romania in the search for two German-speaking Customer Care Consultants for an international mobility and payment solutions provider.

You will support business clients, drivers, fuel stations and partners across Europe with account, transaction and operational enquiries by phone and email.

Critical Requirements

• German C1/C2 and English C1
• Legal right to work in Romania, preferably located in Bucharest
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with multiple systems
• Available for four weeks of on-site training
• Willing to work rotational shifts Monday–Saturday 09:00–19:00

• Customer service experience

Benefits

• Performance bonuses: up to 500 RON after 3 months, 750 RON after 12 months, 1,250 RON after 24 months
• Transportation allowance of 120 RON net per month
• Meal tickets of about 700 RON per month
• €3,000 gross signing bonus paid in 6 instalments
• Relocation: €500 gross per month for 6 months plus transport coverage

Location: Romania (Bucharest)

Languages required: German (C1/C2) and English (C1)

Working arrangement: Remote after on-site training/probation

Employment: Full-time (start: 21 September or 19 October)

Salary: 7,500 RON per month ( €1,500, gross)
