Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Portugal in the search for two Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a digital wallet project.

The role is remote, with a one-month on-site training period. Candidates must already be residing in Portugal.

Critical Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C2)
• English B2
• Customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Already residing in Portugal (no relocation offered)

Important Requirements

• Experience in the internet or financial services industry

Benefits

• Accommodation of €280 for the on-site training period for candidates already living in Portugal

Location: Portugal (Lisbon), Must Reside in Portugal

Languages required: Dutch (native or fluent, C2) and English (B2)

Working arrangement: Remote (one month on-site training)

Employment: 6-month contract, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 (start: 5 November 2026)

Salary: €1,100 per month (gross)
