Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Spain in the search for a German-speaking Technical Product Expert for an international mobility provider in the e-bike industry.

The role focuses on technical support, investigating and troubleshooting issues rather than following basic scripts, and explaining technical matters to customers and lower-level support teams.

Critical Requirements

• Native or near-native German
• Previous L2 technical support experience
• Experience troubleshooting technical products, hardware or software
• Experience working with tickets and escalations
• Good written and verbal communication

Important Requirements

• Ability to investigate issues beyond basic customer-service scripts

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-bikes, cycling, automotive, electronics, IoT or connected devices

Benefits

• Annual bonus of up to €2,400

Working arrangement: Remote

Employment: Full-time, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00

Salary: €22,500 per year (gross)
