Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Bulgaria in the search for two German-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an international telecommunications company.

You will support German-speaking customers with technical and billing issues, complaints and product enquiries via voice and email, with sales and cross-sell opportunities.

Critical Requirements

• German C1 and English B1
• High school diploma
• EU citizenship / right to work in Bulgaria
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling technical and billing enquiries
• Willing to complete 4 weeks remote training plus 1 week office nesting in Varna
• Able to work Monday–Friday within 09:00–19:00 rotational hours

Salary: €1,280 per month (gross)
