Job Description:

People Hive is supporting an offshore forex/CFD broker in the search for a Thai-speaking Customer Support & Sales Representative.

The role involves assisting clients, handling account-related queries, supporting MT5 users and promoting company services while contributing to retention and conversions.

Critical Requirements

• Native or near-native Thai and good English
• Previous experience with FX brokers (sales, customer service or both) is mandatory
• Sales experience (including upsell or cross-sell)
• Remote-work readiness and strong self-management

• Good customer service and sales skills

Benefits

• Sales commissions based on KPIs (up to $550 per month) after the 6-month probation
• Salary review after probation based on performance

Location: South-East Asia (ideally Thailand)

Languages required: Thai (native or near-native) and English (good)

Working arrangement: Remote

Employment: Services Agreement / B2B contract

Salary: $700–$750 per month
