Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a major customer-experience outsourcing partner in Portugal in the search for 6 Ukrainian-speaking Interpreters.

You will interpret spoken communication accurately between Ukrainian and English during live calls, conveying tone and nuance across technical customer service contexts such as insurance, legal and medical.

Critical Requirements

• Native level Ukrainian and fluent English (B2+, oral and written)
• Strong listening, retention and note-taking skills
• Reliable, autonomous and disciplined, remaining neutral and objective during calls
• Shifts between 1 PM and 4 AM (no morning shifts)

Nice to Have

• Education in languages, translation or interpretation
